Additional Rules and Regulations

1. Promotion contestant(s) must be selected as follows: Random selection by the client. No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one (l) occasion. 
2. The following classes of people shall be INELIGIBLE to participate: Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors or assignees of the Client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion. 
3. Contestant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, warm up, or qualifying rolls/throws, at any time after his/her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize roll/throw.
4. Two Milestone Company representatives or officials shall serve as witnesses and shall supervise the event.  Milestone Company representatives are responsible for the contestants understanding of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
5. The total number of contestant(s) must not exceed 10.
6. In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, promotion contestants must successfully roll/throw each die one at a time or all of the dice at the same time onto a smooth playing surface with the skyward side coming to rest as follows:
   1. Prize Value= $10,000.  Die #1 = W, Die #2 = I, Die #2: N.
7. Each die must come to rest a minimum of four (4) feet from where the roll throw was initiated and make a minimum of two (2) complete rotations prior to coming to rest.
8. Any die that is stacked or leaning in any fashion or that falls off of the rolling surface will void the roll/throw and the contestant will be allowed a replacement roll/throw of all of the dice. 
9. The $10,000 grand prize can only be claimed once.  If a contestant rolls W-I-N with the dice, the contest is over.
10. Important: Client/Member Must Videotape The Entre Promotion Activity and Must Maintain a Sign-up Form Listing All Contestants.  It Is Imperative that the individual operating the video camera shows the contestant’s body position in relationship to the various demarcation lines as well as the dice coming to rest for each roll.  Client should assure that the video camera is properly functioning.  Failure to conform to this requirement can cause a claim to be denied.
11. Client agrees that any tampering with the dice will be a violation of this contract and shall cause any claims to be denied. Client understands that IP Group will take whatever legal action necessary to protect its interest in said promotion. 
12. Claims notification: Immediate telephone and written notification by Client to IP Group at (888) 882-5140 and info@inleroctivepromotions.com must be reported no later than the close of business on the first business day after the promotion. 
13. Proof of Claim: The following documentation will be furnished by the client to IP Group within 30 days of the contest date as proof of a prize claim (IP Group will furnish forms): All dice used in the promotion; Affidavits of the two Promotion Officio ls; Affidavit of the Winner; Affidavit of the Video Operator along with the Videotape of the entire promotional activity. 
14. Investigation: Upon receipt of. Proof of Claim, IP Group may conduct a reasonable investigation, including but not limited to requiring the Client to produce the Video Camera Operator, the Winner, and/or the Promotion Officials for polygraph examination as a condition to payment of the claim if, in the sole opinion of IP Group, such an examination is warranted by the fads.
